Once upon a time in the wild, untamed jungle of hospitality tech, where buzzwords skitter about like caffeinated squirrels and the term "disrupt" is wielded with the precision of a drunk toddler swinging a wiffle bat, two companies collided. One, a next-generation Spatial AI Inventory Counting Solution, NomadGo, Inc., an entity of boundless potential already making serious waves. The other, Inc Tank GTM , a Go-To-Market agency that thrives on Pattern Interruption (which, let’s be real, is just "disrupt" after a two-day juice cleanse and some real self-reflection).

And oh, what a courtship it was.

There is nothing sweeter than the first time a client signs with you. Well, except when they sign a second time for even more services and a bigger spend. That, my friends, is validation. The first time could be sheer luck, a Jedi mind trick, or a pitch deck so dazzling it could temporarily blind a VC in a Patagonia vest. But the second time? That means something. That’s proof of value, impact, and a mutual willingness to ride the rollercoaster of commerce together, screaming, hands in the air, hoping the safety harness holds.

On the Subject of "Disrupt"

Let’s take a quick detour here, because, well I'll just say it: I loathe the word "disrupt." (Almost as much as I can't stand to term "Influencer"... but that's for another time) Let's be real Disrupt has been so overused that I half expect to see it on a package of organic kale chips. People slap it onto every minor tweak in an existing process as if they’ve just invented teleportation. True disruption is messy, chaotic, and often leaves people wondering if you’ve gone completely off the rails. So no, Inc Tank GTM does not "disrupt." We interrupt. We shake things up, turn them sideways, and whisper sweet nothings into the void until the market sits up and pays attention.

The Journey, the Ups, the Downs, and Everything In Between

Great partnerships, much like a well-seasoned cast-iron skillet, are forged through fire, and occasionally require a little extra elbow grease to scrape off the mess. Some days, everything sizzles just right (like a great meal at Pepper Lunch Restaurants ), the strategy lands, execution is flawless, and you mentally high-five like you just pulled off a heist in Ocean’s Eleven. Other days, you pour your heart into something, and the client barely blinks. Or worse, you fumble, and suddenly, they’re the most observant person on the planet.

The secret? Mutual respect. Accountability. Owning both the wins and the “let’s never speak of this again” moments. And sometimes, a "Get Smart" style Cone of Silence, where you can let out a primal scream, reset, and return to the table pretending nothing happened.

Since launching Inc Tank GTM, we’ve lived this reality every day. In just five months, we’ve grown from two people to nine. We’ve worked with incredible companies, NomadGo, Inc., Logic Controls, Secure Uptime, KNOW , GM PILOT , FIXE , Remote Restaurant Support, Akira , Curbit , JUICER , Devour , Cut+Dry , and more, each one testing our limits and making us sharper. Because of our partners, we’ve accelerated beyond our wildest dreams, and the road ahead looks shinier than a freshly waxed bowling lane.

The Hero’s Journey, With a Side of Oz

Building a business is a hero’s journey, except instead of a wise old mentor, you get LinkedIn hustle culture shouting "crush it" at you. Think of us as Dorothy, stepping onto the yellow brick road, encountering the essential characters who shape the quest. Each client, each partner, each challenge, these are our Tin Men, our Scarecrows, our Cowardly Lions, each one nudging us further along the path. There are flying monkeys. There are poppies laced with exhaustion. And if all goes well, there’s a moment when you pull back the curtain and realize you had the power to succeed all along. (But also, it helps to have a solid business plan.)

A Personal Thank You

To David Greschler (CEO), Andrew Morlidge (CRO), Jonah Friedl (CPO), and Alexander Rublowsky of NomadGo, Inc., thank you. Thank you for seeing past my (let’s call it) overabundant energy and recognizing the value of Inc Tank GTM. Thank you for embracing our Xi Quan "Drunken Master" approach to market strategy and trusting us to interrupt the patterns of commerce. Your company didn’t just change the game, it changed our game. You gave us the push we needed to scale so that we, in turn, could help you scale.

To Our Industry Partners

A heartfelt thank you to Branded Hospitality Media , FullON Strategy , The Late Night Restaurant Podcast, Results Thru Strategy, Magicgate , Guardian Accounting Group, The Restaurant Technology Guys , and Cali BBQ Media. And our close advisors Anthony Presley, 🟦 Christopher Sebes and the others in our tribe...Your wisdom, networks, and belief in us have been a humbling gift and an invaluable treasure.

The Entrepreneur’s Reality Check

Entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart. It’s like that moment when you realize, I’m done with roommates. You crave independence, but suddenly, everything is expensive, exhausting, and the plumbing is your problem. The grind is real. The hours are brutal. At one point, I was averaging 20-hour workdays, not because I wanted to, but because that’s what it took. Thankfully, I’m now down to human levels of exhaustion, but make no mistake: owning your own business means you choose who you work for, and the accountability is 100% on you.

For those who think success is just starting a podcast, showing up on LinkedIn, and throwing around some clever posts, spoiler alert: it’s not. The secret to success today is the same as it’s always been, grit, creativity, discipline, adaptability, and the wisdom to pivot when necessary. And knowing when to call it a day and grab an NA beer or head to Barcelona Wine Bar for a bite and blow off some steam.

The Only Constant is Change

We are not who we started as. We won’t stay who we are now. The only constant is change, and the only acceptable path is growth, powered by kindness, accountability, agility, and a relentless commitment to helping our clients succeed.

Oh, and speaking of change, since diving into this adventure, we now host three podcasts in two countries, record at least five times a week, put out two weekly newsletters, are committed to being at every significant industry trade show and event. Chad Horn and our mighty Inc Tank GTM team have even more great developments brewing as we continue to build out and enhance our menu of services, with 3 new business units under development, that as of today are on track with the promise of going live in Q2 and Q3 this year.
